## Service standards

- Confirmed airport arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting after the published landing time.
- Point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes of waiting at the confirmed pickup time.
- Fares, inclusions and the applicable cancellation deadline are shown before payment.
- Payment cards are handled by SumUp; R.O Tailored Travel does not store full card details.
- Booking confirmation is issued only after independent server-side payment verification.
